Terms of Service

Appropriate Authorities is currently a personal-use AI orchestration system. This public site provides information about the system and its data practices. It does not offer public account registration or a public commercial service.

Authorized use

Access to non-public Appropriate Authorities services is limited to the system owner and other expressly authorized users, accounts, services, or agents. A person or service must not attempt to access, probe, disrupt, or use a privileged system surface without authorization.

Third-party services

Appropriate Authorities may integrate with third-party services, including Google services and AI model providers. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Permissions and actions

The system is designed to act only within explicitly delegated authority. No information received from a third-party service, communication, document, or model output automatically expands that authority. Some actions may require additional owner approval or may remain unavailable even when requested.

No warranty

The system is evolving and may contain errors, experience interruptions, or produce incomplete results. It is provided for personal use without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect the system, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Unauthorized access attempts may be blocked, logged, and investigated.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Appropriate Authorities changes. The current version will be published at this URL.
